Minor bathroom overhaul

I started this summer project just before school got out. Water damage to one of the kiddos bathrooms. YouTube, Handsome, HomeDepot, a couple online forums & about 2 weeks later I finally finished! I'm not too excited about fixing up the next bathroom, but now I know it will take FOREVER for the mud to dry correctly, sealant to cure, prime, paint, sanding paint & damaged drywall, scraping, taping, caulking, & actually attaching the mirror & sink to the wall (nope, none of was attached except with stripped out screws-very VERY grateful that mirror didn't come tumbling down! Or the sink pull plumbing out of the wall!) Added a longer neck to the shower head, the previous one was super short & sprayed & left puddles along the top of the shower walls. The shower/tub hadn't been caulked in, so all the paint around it was peeling & had to be removed, pulling off drywall, that had to be patched, primed, textured, primed, caulked & then painted. I'm still dragging out putting towel hooks into the walls, but that's because I patched more than 30 holes, in addition to the water damage, in that bathroom! I'm not keen on painting ceilings or scraping caulk & re-caulking small window areas.

More than 30 holes that were bigger than thumbtack size that needed patched. They were here when we moved in. Seriously! Who does that & WHY???? I have to add some fun finishes to it, like framing the mirror, replacing the bathroom fan, changing out the lighting for something a bit more makeup friendly & of course towels & accessories, but for now it's usable & not quite so dark or terrifying.
