the theme to decorate to was "down on the farm" so cakes had to resemble things found on a farm. In the upper left hand corner we have Deandra's "Cow Pie" cake, on the right we have Krista's "Barn Yard." Below on the left we have Amanda's "Little Piggy" and on the right is Brianna's "Bird's Nest." The kids had to decorate 75% of the cakes themselves. Mostly all I did was bake the cakes and clean up their mess! Amanda's cake wasn't judged, but it was auctioned off. since she isn't in school yet she wasn't able to compete. but I swear she had the most fun of all! Krista's cake won 1st prize for the 5th & 6th classes. She was and still is bouncing off the walls at that news! All the girls cakes were auctioned off to help raise money for the school and the girls loved every minute ofdecorating them! what a way to come back to school from spring break! Lots of fun!!

some things we've been up to lately....Girls entered the "spring round-up" cake decorating contest at their school.
