T.V.Potterf

Krista Loree Potterf was born on November 7, 1999. She is very excited to be able to share her birthday with her Uncle Trent Potterf. She is our oldest, therefore has MANY exciting things that she has experienced and loves to share with everybody! She is in the 3rd grade this year at Benjamin Franklin Schools, and she simply LOVES it! She was super excited to get to have her cousin and best friend Morgan Bridge in her class, they even got to sit together in class for a while! Krista's favorite color is purple and she LOVES to read! She has her own sewing machine and really enjoys when Mama has time to help her with sewing projects. She has made her own jammies and a baby quilt for her 1st grade teacher who had a baby. She loves learning to cook and can and is getting better at being helpful with the housework! She also enjoys playing games with anybody who is willing. This last summer she was able to take her 2nd grade teacher on vacation with us to Rocky Point, Mexico! (Her teacher is also our neighbor, good friend and my Visiting Teaching companion) She loves playing in the sand and boogie boarding! Her most favorite thing about being at our Mexico House is when Grammy & Papa are there and take her for long walks on the beach to find sand dollars. She enjoys playing with her 3 younger sisters and tells EVERYBODY we meet that her baby brother is in Mama’s tummy and will be out before her birthday. She is a true believer in fairies and mermaids and all things mythical, and fantastical. She loves all her Aunts and Uncles, and really enjoys her “Aunt Stephie” dates when she spends ALL day with Aunt Stephie and sometimes Uncle Steve doing fun things like making bead bracelets for her friends and family, going to the mall and just wandering around, getting ice cream and riding in Uncle Steve’s truck. Right now she is very anxious for Halloween so she can be Princess Jasmine and our friends Adam and Ashley can go trick or treating with her again and so she can wear glittery make up. She loves reading scriptures and doing scripture flash cards with anybody who will sit by her. She is so much fun and energetic and loves to talk and visit with people. Something special she and Mama did together was just before her baptism they went and had manicures and pedicures done together and they also spent the day with Daddy at the temple taking pictures. After pictures, they all went out to eat and had just a fabulous day for her 8th birthday. We love her so very much and love watching her with her sisters! She’s going to be such a big help with her new baby brother when he gets here!
