About Us

Well, things here have been as crazy as ever! I've LOTS to post, but not the time!! Our most recent adventures include many princess parties for Amanda to attend, with her sisters being super jealous, of course; Tanner's working noon-8pm everyday for the last week and next 4-5 weeks due to testing schedules; Deandra doing amazing with her homework, yes, there's homework in kindergarten and she's been not passing due to lack of homework turned in! Cameron is walking more and has started climbing things, found him on the table a few times, climbing out of his highchair, even with the safety straps still buckled….. Krista and Brianna have been sucked into the American Girl Dolls and books, but I’ve found the series of The Magic Attic Club that is just as fun that they’ve been absolutely LOVING! And they are looking forward to sewing their own doll costumes to match the books and adventures they’ve been reading. We’ll have loads of activities this summer including sewing projects!! And I am healing very well from my broken collarbone and am now saving all my babysitting money to pay for the damages I made to our Big Red Growling machine. Yes, I did it! I rear ended somebody and now I not only have our monthly insurance premium to go up, but I get to pay for our car to be repaired. Luckily the only damage it did to our car was cracked the paint on our front bumper and put two small dents in the hood. Who knew that that little damage could cost over $1000 to repair???? All I can say is I am very thankful for Heavenly Father watching over us and it not being any worse, to Jake and Tara, thanks for still carpooling with me for school, Tanner for having a good job that helps us to pay for good car insurance, SEATBELTS, and public safety who had an awesome response time during after school traffic!! Nobody was injured and damages are fairly minimal. Thank heavens for answered prayers! I hope you all are having a better week than I am!!
