Okay, November we had Cameron's 1st birthday & Krista's 10th birthday! Cameron received a toy phone, that he likes, just not NEAELY as much as he does the real one, but he plays with it occasionally! And he definately enjoyed the boxes and papers more! Krista received some sweet boots and a gift certificate to "horse lessons" with President Wally Slade in our ward. He is a retired roping competitor and was more than excited to teach Krista the basics of caring for and riding horses. To President Slade’s amazement, she wasn’t shy of the horses and didn’t flinch when asked and shown how to do thing! Truth be told, I’m not sure who was enjoying the lessons more, Krista or President Slade!! She had several lessons with him and went out on several rides to the river and all over the place! Boy is she wanting a horse for Christmas now! She and President Slade really enjoyed themselves! She talked to him about his roping career and is excited to make a date with he and his wife to come and bring some pictures and learn more. He also told her to call him ANY TIME she wants to visit Romeo & Fredrick (the horses) and they can go riding again. I think we'll have an extremely hard time topping this birthday!!
